Let's shed all the extra content of the workshop videos and get down to exactly what you want.. Class content! Each video workshop in this series will focus on a single subject of the primary teacher training videos, giving you a new set of steps, how they relate to each other, & what to do with them.
In "Breakin' for Beginners", you get a set of steps you can use in your hip hop classes that focus on one of the original 4 elements of hip hop, breakdancing. In this video, you will learn breakdowns of basic toprock moves, floorwork, drops, freezes, & lessons on how to choreograph and teach with these steps. The steps listed in this video are made to connect with each other to easily combine movement. You also get notes on variations and tips on how to create infinite new footwork patterns that branch off of these steps. This content is best used in standard hip hop class, boys hip hop, and for personal use to expand on creativity and comfort with grounded movement.
